Our team is international and diverse in skill and background. We bring in selected partners when a project calls for it, and there is no rigid hierarchy. Everyone contributes, and ideas always win over titles.
We’ve found that the industry often rewards websites that are beautiful, award-winning, edgy, and original, but at the cost of functionality, performance, and purpose. Not to mention accessibility, which is often ignored entirely. We want to change that.
